I must give credit to the author, James Surowiecki, who wrote the book "The Wisdom of Crowds", a book conveying the philosophy that a multi-faceted crowd can often make better decisions than experts in any particular area.

Seems pretty ingenious to me....democracy seems to have succeeded based on this concept. Mr. Gerace, I know you're a fan of this concept, as I see that you have ingeniously utilized this concept in the evolution of this website Let's put it to the test!
